When Rainmakers first launched, our focus was to help companies grow profitably, specifically to increase their top line sales. It quickly became apparent that many of our clients were not reaching their goals as quickly as desired.
Based on over 45 years of experience growing and managing businesses, the Rainmakers team is ready to share its knowledge and actionable strategies for becoming a better CEO and leader. We’ve spent almost 2 years searching for the right mentors and developing our program. We are 100% confident that we can match any CEO with the right mentor in order to be successful.

This is not a coaching program.
Rainmakers wants to be clear. Our team is not a coaching staff. Rainmakers’ partners are real CEO’s and business owners – leaders who have grown and sold millions of dollars worth of businesses. From start-ups and small professional service firms, to multi-national manufacturing and technology companies, our partners guide you through the challenges you face, with deep business expertise and hands-on experience.

How it works
Comprised of six 90 minute sessions with a seasoned industry mentor, our program covers all the major components of leadership development: communication, delegation, people management, strategic planning, financial management and operational effectiveness. We also include a dashboard that monitors the progress of your business.
